HUSBAND AND WIFE PORTRAITS
After your family and group photos, we will start your husband and wife portrait session. This can be a relaxing time for the two of you to connect after the busy day. I cannot stress the importance of this time enough. Your only job during this time is to take a deep breath, and spend a quiet moment together as husband and wife! I will direct if needed, but mostly I will let the two of you be together and keep my distance. Don't be afraid to let down your guard and get cozy for a little while. If you feel you will need more direction in this moment, please indicate below. This is usually 20-30 minutes, and then we can get you back to your guests! How much direction do you want? *
DINNER
Before dinner, we'll get photos of all of your table decor, impromptu moments, and guests interacting. We'll stop shooting during dinner courses to let guests relax and focus on enjoying their meal. Because of this, I ask that our meals be ready at the beginning of dinner, or that we are able to get in line directly after the bride and groom and bridal party. This gives us enough time to eat (20-25 minutes) before speeches/dancing begin. If needed, please inform the vendor responsible for catering about this detail. We have no dietary restrictions. If needed, has the catering company been informed to have two meals ready at the beginning of dinner time?
RECEPTION
Some reception timelines are planned down to the minute and others are not. There is really no right or wrong way here, just what works best for you two of you! These details better help me to serve you during the reception, as I will know what to expect for each event. Please fill out as much as possible. It's more than fine if you don't have specific times or answers for each item!
